How do I book an appointment?
Send a direct message on Instagram to @pure.glow.aesthetics. Hira replies personally, so you'll be talking to the person who will actually treat you. Tell us what you'd like and roughly when suits, and we'll find a time.
Where exactly is the clinic?
The clinic is in Stechford, East Birmingham, B33, easily reached from Yardley, Sheldon, Small Heath, Bordesley Green and Solihull. As a women-only private clinic we don't publish the street address. You'll receive it when your appointment is confirmed.
Is the clinic really women-only?
Yes, without exception. No men are on the premises at any point, so you can remove your hijab and relax completely.
Do you treat teenagers?
Yes. Teen facials are designed for ages 13 to 19, and parents are welcome to be present during the consultation.
What if I need to cancel or rearrange?
Just message as early as you can. Life happens; we'd simply rather know in time to offer the slot to someone else.
