The treatment process
We start by looking at your skin and talking through what has changed since your last visit. From there the treatment is put together on the spot: a cleanse, the right level of exfoliation for your skin that day, and targeted therapies for whatever we find, whether that is congestion, dullness, dehydration or uneven tone.
Post-treatment care
Your skin will feel clean and comfortable, and you can go straight back to your day. We will recommend halal-certified products to keep the results going at home.
Treatment plan
Every four to six weeks keeps skin in good condition. If a specific concern comes up, we will point you towards the treatment that targets it directly.

How is this different from your other facials?
The other treatments follow a set protocol. This one is decided once we have looked at your skin, so the exfoliation, actives and therapies used change from client to client and visit to visit.
Is it a good first treatment?
It is a sensible place to start if you are unsure what your skin needs, and we will tell you at the end whether something more targeted would serve you better.
How often should I have one?
Every four to six weeks suits most people, in line with your skin's renewal cycle.
Can I have it before an event?
Yes. There is no downtime, though we suggest booking two or three days ahead so your skin has settled completely.
